We aim to describe our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability. Please read any age guidance, safety warnings and use instructions provided with a product, particularly for children’s items.

Orders

An order confirmation means we have received your order. We may contact you if a product becomes unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or description error. If we cannot fulfil an order and have taken payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Any delivery charge will be displayed before you complete checkout. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout.
